Massimo was very punctual and good with communicating with us. He picked us up at the cruise port, gave us all a bottle of water, and drove us around to all the places we wanted.

Our transfer, with driver Giovanni, was excellent. He was a great communicator, gave us great recommendations for our stops and we were driven safely to and from port. Would recommend this company.

I was hesitant about this transfer. The main worry was to find our driver at the Messina cruise port.
No problem finding our driver. Maximo was waiting just outside gate 5 as stated in our transfer confirmation. Maximo was dressed in a dark blue suit, white shirt-looked very professional. He carried a sign with our name.
The ride from Messina to Taormina was smooth. The scenery was both beautiful and very interesting.
Upon arriving to Taormina, we made arrangements for our departure time back to port. Maximo setup my What’s app in case we needed to communicate with Maximo during our walk around town.
So glad we used this transport company. We saw many of our fellow cruise passengers running around Taormina on a ship’s tour. Since my husband and I are seniors and disabled, we would never be able to keep up with a ship’s tour. Also, there were loads of tours in town. Our visit was leisurely - we had time for a great lunch at a restaurant with a view the sea.
The cost of this transfer was only marginally more than the cruise ship’s tour. We had a Mercedes minivan that could hold up to 4 passengers. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us.

This was a wonderful experience. From the detailed pickup directions and the ease of locating our driver. Carmelo was a pleasure. We drove to Castelamole and Taormina We explored on our own but were able to communicate with our driver if we wanted to change plans. He spoke excellent English and provided many tips and facts about the area. I would highly recommend using this company!!

We were assigned a driver who did not speak English which made the drop off and pick up coordination at several locations stressful. He tried his best to meet our needs but our travel experience could have been more enjoyable if we could have asked him questions.

Our driver, Benedetto was fantastic. Without him, we would not have thought to go up to Castelmola, which actually may have been our favored part of the day. He was a very safe and professional driver and handled the winding terrain perfectly - which was very reassuring to all of us in the car! Benedetto was friendly, helpful, and had ice cold water in the car for us. Additionally, he did an excellent job of giving us the free time to walk around just us, which is what we wanted. Just a text message and he was there in 2 minutes to pick us up. I wish we had more time in Taormina, but would 100% do this again with Benedetto.
