unfortunately, our Guide rushed us through the palace. We saw very little of it. He said it was too hot. I had done a tour that included the palace the day before and it was wonderful and it was hot, but we suffered through it and thoroughly enjoyed how beautiful the Palace was, I thinking that the other guest must've been disappointed

The host was 10 mins before time at pick up; extremely caring and punctual. Through out the trip she was attending every member of the group individually.

Great company. Pickup was on time and we moved without any problems despite some rain showers. Tour guide was good too.

This tour was well-organised and foreigner friendly. Especially for solo travellers like myself. The company contacted me the night before to confirm pick up times at my hotel and my tour guide (Joo Ee) was very punctual. She had great knowledge of the tour, the city and the history of the country and was very patient while we took our pictures. Thank you Joo Ee for a lovely tour!

Highly recommended! Seamless reservation process with Viator and great communication from the tour company. Brian was our tour guide. He did a great job looking after the group and is very knowledgeable. Changing of guards got cancelled as it started raining, but we enjoyed the rest of the palace tour very much. We had another commitment in the afternoon and were running late. Brian tried calling a taxi for us to no avail. After dropping off the rest of the tour group to their next destination, the van very kindly drove us to our destination. We were so grateful!

The tour was very interesting and informative, showing all the main sights and giving a good overview of the fascinating history around the DMZ. Junie was an excellent guide!

We loved seeing all the active temples and the changing of the guard. Our guide was very nice and had a lot of good historical information. We didn’t get to go to the Palace because of the long lines for New Year. I wish they had thought of that ahead of time or had a fast pass/tour guide entry system. Would recommend this tour.
