We will see the most famous attractions in Seoul!

These are the most important and popular spots in Seoul among not only tourist but also local people. This will be full of history and modern culture. If you like to know about Korea, I believe this should be the one for you. :)

We will start from Jogyesa temple and Insadong area.
After Gwanghwamun squre we will move to Gyeongbokgung palace. It was the main palace in the Joseon Dynasty. For me this is the most beautiful, and it remains the largest of all five palaces.

We will stroll around in the palace and move to Bukchon Hanok village! The village has lots of Korean traditional houses, Hanok and nice cafes.

You can enjoy all of these during the tour.
Don't miss this out! I'm sure you will like it.

She was very informative the entirety of the tour. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Joseon Dynasty as well as interesting facts both modern and historical. I loved how she incorporated mini quizzes about Korea and played Korean traditional games during the break times. She was also very caring of her audience! Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 college age daughters) had 3 great tours with Lee and highly recommend her for people visiting Seoul! Seeing the city with her was like visiting with a friend and gave us a better understanding of Korean culture. Lee also helped us get the train/bus bus cards at a convenience store and had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and getting around Seoul. Sometimes she recommended a taxi versus the subway when it would be about the same price for 4 of us.

For our 2nd tour, we met in Insadong which has traditional goods and cafes. We purchased hand-painted fans that the calligrapher customized with our names. We went to Jogyesa temple, which was decorated with colorful paper lanterns for the Buddha's birthday and has beautiful 400+ and 500+ year-old trees.

We then went to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main palace, where Lee timed our arrival for the changing of the guard. We walked up to the Bukchon village, one of the oldest villages in Seoul with traditional Korean Hanok houses.

We finished at Gwangjang market with some delicious food for lunch and a walk along the Chenggyecheon Stream. It was a fabulous day with Lee!

Lee is an awesome guide, can't recommend her enough! Lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable on Korean history. The enthusiasm came across and made it a very enjoyable half day tour of Insadong and Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Lots of insights in to Korean culture and even a game of Yutnori during a coffee break.

To our surprise, this tour was a walking tour of the Gyeongbokgung Palace and other Seoul highlights such as the traditional Buchon residential area. Our guide, Lee, was quite patient with us and provided a lot of useful information. She also recommended a Korean soup restaurant where we could get a meal at the end of our tour. Lee was very professional and attentive to our questions, as we were the only two people on the tour due to the time of year of our visit. We would recommend this tour to anyone interested in getting a good indoctrination into Korean history and culture.

This half day tour was wonderful! We were FREEZING in Seoul, didn’t really want to be outside at all! But Lee made these fantastic sites come to life for us anyways! We did the tour on our first full day in Seoul, and left with an appreciation for some highlights, and a good feeling for the layout of the city Lee is friendly, very knowledgeable, and fun. Lee gave us recs for favorite Korean must-try foods, and we even had the ginseng chicken soup immediately upon finishing the tour! It was so welcome, with the blowing snow outside! We even contacted Lee when we had a major travel snafu with canceled train tix, later in the trip. Thank goodness, Lee answered right away and solved our problem from where she was! Such a kind and generous person! Book her tours- you’ll love every minute!!!

I enjoyed the tour so much! I actually visited the palace before already, but I just walked around and took many photos wearing Hanbok. I thought I didn’t learn history much so I took this tour, and we loved it! I joined with my husband and three kids. Lee is so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions and explained the palace so well. We also visited a temple and other places. We absolutely enjoyed the tour. It was our highlight in this trip. I am very glad that I took her toud and learned a lot. I look forward to joining her other tours! Thank you so much, Lee.
