Great trip and day out, we couldn’t get to cape tribulation as due to the cyclone a few months back, roads are still closed or being worked on. We did stop at another lovely beach though.

Great tour to Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation. Our guide Graeme was excellent, provided loads of great information along the way and kept us well informed of the plans and timings for the day. The vehicle was great and really comfortable, pick up and drop off right at our door. Highly recommend the tour and Billy Tea Safaris.

Full day starting at 7am with driver Daniel collecting us from our accommodation. Due to the recent cyclone and the damaged caused by it, the itinerary of this tour had changed.
We started the day with coffee/tea and biscuits provided prior to the river cruise, spotting crocodiles and other wildlife. We spent time at the lovely Thornton Beach, and Mossman Gouge.
Lunch was at the On the Turps restaurant - yummy Barramundi with salad, and later in the day, enjoyed a tropical fruit ice cream at Daintree Icecream Company.
It was a long day but very enjoyable.

The places were amazing - the river cruise (lots of crocs spotted), the Daintree forest walk and the beach. Special shout-out to the river cruise guide - he was amazing. Our guide, Graham was also great.
Couple of suggestions - the sound system in our bus was not great, so it was not very clear what Graham was telling us. Also, we should have spent more time at the rainforest walk and the beach - it felt rushed as there were a number of things included as part of the tour (all great though)…so the operator should ideally move some things around so that more time can be spent on the walk and the beach!!

My 2nd time doing this tour and it didn’t disappoint, Andreas was a great guide and very patient with my 13yo grandson who had many questions,
Lunch was delicious many choices and the ice cream was yummy, a long day but worth it

Before I talk about the bad part... our guide was really awesome and a great guy who gave us his full energy and effort. BUT
This is advertised as a long day tour w multiple stops so we were prepared for that. However we were in the back row of the vehicle and were literally tossed around all day long. We felt like we spent most of the day in the vehicle which was a very unpleasant experience. The "walk" and "swims" were very short. All day except for 15 min at the end was spent as a big group. There were no opportunities to go off and explore on your own. It felt like an all day field trip in an uncomfortable bus. The back row is not nearly as comfortable as the other seats so perhaps this led to a bad day for our family IMO it's way too driving and togetherness and not enough time at each stop. We couldn't wait to get off the jeep at the end of a long day.

A wonderful experience, would highly recommend.
Our tour guide was amazing and friendly. The Daintree crocodile cruise was great, as well as the beach walk and Mossman Gorge swim

The driver and tour guide were great, and many of the Tours listed in the profile were either cut short or never taken at all. And the shuttle bus is very uncomfortable, the journey time is very long, basically on the road, with a car so uncomfortable, you can imagine how the experience is. But the tour guide is very nice, if not the tour guide, I would just give the lowest score.

I first did this tour with Billy Tea tours in 2008 and found it to be excellent and very pleased to say the tour june 2024 lived up to my expectations.
Our driver was the very best - and also couldn’t have got a better guide .
Lunch was delicious & extremely good value
Cannot begin to say how wonderful the natural attractions are 10/10
