We enjoyed our tour of the Gallery. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting with lots of historical information that I had never heard before. I studied art history in school and I still learned a lot of new and interesting information. I highly recommend this tour

Could not wait for the guide to leave. He spoke very fast, in an extremely Italian accent which was made worse by him walking off in front and muttering while;st we were not next to him.
He also interspersed with Italian. I think his main aim was to finish as soon as possible. I told him many times that I did not understand what he was saying. I heard other English speaking guides who I would have understood perfectly. A total waste of money. He would not even allow us to read the description of each event/painting which was in English and would have given us a better understanding.

We had the most incredible tour of the Uffizi. Our guide, Ana, was simply the best. She was warm, funny and knew her way around the gallery as if it were her home. She gave us incredible context and insight into the buildings, the Medici, and the art. We could not have appreciated it the same way if we had gone on our own, especially because the museum is very, very crowded and it would have quickly become overwhelming. And having a guide that brought so much energy and love for the place was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend it more.

It is so huge and there is so much to see. With limited time on our schedule, the tour was perfect. Our guide highlighted so many pieces, it was history and her knowledge that made the tour. Without a tour guide we would have just walk around.

Our guide Victoria was excellent. She quickly moved us through the entrance and security and into our first stop viewing room. She was very knowledgeable on the artists, painting techniques, and Florentine history. She picked out the same highlights on floor 2 that I had earmarked to see and by visiting the 2nd floor early we really benefited from our 9am skip the line booking. One of the best art tour guide I have ever encountered. A massive improvement on our Academia skip the line tour at 9am with Get Your Guide which was spoilt by the guide taking us to a side room for a 45 minute lecture before we got to see David by which time the crowds we had paid to skip past had caught up so no uncrowded view of David possible!

I knew that bringing my boyfriend to the Uffizi would be a struggle. He's not into art, and I know that the facility is overwhelming, so I got a guide to explain everything. Our guide, Stefano, had us laughing and so engaged for the whole time. We couldn't believe how much we got out of these few hours with him. My bf left and said, "I want to do more research on this and that later tonight" because he actually cared about art and life in Florence during the Renaissance. Wow! Thank you, Stefano! We had such a blast, and I wish we could have done all of our tours throughout town with you. We highly recommend!
PS - Thank you for bringing the microphone and ear pieces for us. The Uffizi is loud and packed, and there is no way we could have heard a guide without them. Plus, it allows me to wander around a little and take pictures. Keep it up.

Ghergana was wonderful. She was informative and answered every one of our questions & there were many. She took her time & carefully explained even the smallest details. It is obvious she has a passion for not just art but also Florence and it’s history. We absolutely recommend her to anyone for a tour.

My husband and I have visited Florence and the Uffizi three times in our lives. On this trip we decided to have a more intimate experience away from the group and audio tours.
I can sincerely say that booking Anna was the best experience we could have possibly imagined. She is a native Florentine an art history teacher, an artist who understands perspective and how light and negative space was used by the Masters to create and birth the Renaissance. I truly feel it was the best two hours ever in a museum… and I have toured.. well.. many many in this world. Thank you Anna.. I felt a connection and a beauty with her as our passionate guide who was able to share her breathed of knowledge so well. ..and it will never be forgotten… ever. I need more tours with Anna! We must return again..

Our tour with Anna was amazing. We went on a Tuesday mobbed with students on spring break and families traveling for Easter. Anna was able to guide us confidently through the crowds to a position where she could explain what we were seeing and we could see the artwork up close without feeling like we were shoving our way in front of others. We could NEVER have navigated our way through the crowd to find all the beautiful pieces of art and to understand the lineage of master and student without her knowledge. She was a joy to learn from, and we were grateful for her knowledge and kindness in guiding us through this beautiful museum. Brava Anna!!
