The Safari tour is very disappointing, they only have a couple of crocodiles, a couple of snakes and a turtle; not really worth it. Maybe the quad bikes if it justifies, but nature and animal themes I do not recommend.

I went to a lot of adventures in Jamaica and once staff aware that you are local they mistreat you but at Jamwest it’s a memorable experience the staff are exceptional they welcome us with open arms and I love that looking forward for another trip there by August. OneLove from team Teca from Mobay

I’m giving a 1 out of 5 stars. In my opinion the facility was nothing fancy/special. The bathrooms need to be redone. Some of the door knobs were broke. There was plenty of plies of junk all over the place with goats and chickens everywhere. We booked two activities, the safari and bob kart. We stood around for 20-30min before finally starting anything. We started at the bob kart and we actually liked it, but was surprised it only lasted for about 10min overall and that’s with stopping to have sugar Kane and a fresh coconut water. We waited another 15-20 min waiting to be picked up and taken back for the next activity (one of our instructors had to walk to get the bus). Now the safari was NOT a safari. We saw 3 animals and feed a few birds. The animals were all in filthy enclosures and the bull was just tied to a tree leading back to the main site. Once we got back from the safari we were giving the option to have lunch or hang out t the bar until everyone in our group was finished. We waited almost an extra 1 1/2 hours and opted not to eat since the tour takes you to rocks cafe as well. Nothing was organized! Once everyone was finally ready we headed to ricks cafe which was another 30min away (we already traveled 1 1/2 hours). Again once there we was given no direction and just got off the bus without knowing when to meet back up. Pretty icy everyone in the group just stood around until the tour Guinea’s ready to go. Everyone thought this tour would be no more than 4 hours but we was there ALL DAY! We got picked up from our resort at 10 supposed to be 9:30) and did not return until 9:30pm

I actually had a combo deal which included ATV, push Kart, mineral bath and cliff jumping at Rick's Cafe. It was an all day excursion. My driver was TJay which was excellent and the tour guide was Mario he was informative, and hilarious. They both made the long ride worth it.

Don’t know own where to start jamwest in Negril is amazing.
The location seem a bit distance but upon arrival, I was greeted by Tina she was very welcoming.jovian is amazing he ensure that music was up beat.
I meet Kim who took me and my bestie payment.
A locker was provided to place our item.
The first tour was zipline it was amazing.
Odesha,Extra,fussy and R...They made it extremely fun.
The push cart was amazing with extra (staff)and rock climbing he is full of Vybz,I didn’t make it to the top but Jovian gave me a fair enough grade.
I had fun with those amazing staff,check it out you won’t regret .I’m definitely looking forward in going back soon.
Add jamwest to your bucket list.
