Nancy was very accommodating and also the rest of the staff. The cabins were very comfortable and the food was amazing. Definitely gonna recommend to my friends.

Great experience. I highly recommend the trip with Lee, who, both on the way there and back, shared his good mood and jokes with us. The journey was pleasant and the bus was of good quality. I recommend this company (especially if you are with Lee).

The pick up from our Hotel in Hanoi was on time and very seamless. Our guide “Lee” used WhatsApp to contact us prior to the day and confirmed all our details. He had a nice disposition and a good sense of humour. The bus was clean, air conditioned, had a charger for our phone/wifi and offered a bottle of water. We stopped at a pearl farm on the way to Halong Bay and had 2 other 10 minute toilet stops.
When we arrived at the dock - Lee made sure to introduce us to the next guide (who worked on the boat) so that we were comfortable with what was going to happen next.

This trip was amazing we had so muc fun kayaking, exploring caves, cooking and playing football in the beach with some of the locals and other tourists. Lee the tour guide was entertaining and on top of things from pick up to drop off!

Cruise was really good and buffet lunch had many options.

Overall I was disappointed with the cruise. If you've ever experienced a cruise, the whole trip was like the embarking/disembarking process.
The actual ship is an hour away from the checkin so the first thing is wait until everyone arrives and then get on a tender to journey to the ship.
We had the presidential suite but our hotels in Vietnam were better equipped than that room.
The scheduled events were either kayaking or kayaking. One on your own or one with someone else rowing. Both times were limited to 45 minutes.
The head staff lady was anything but service oriented. Our drink tab was 536,000 VND for 2 comes and a glass of wine. I had 500,000 but she said no, must have all. I had USD so I quickly did 25,000 conversion and handed her $22 USD. She said no, they exchange at a much less rate (no where did I see such a bad exchange rate in Vietnam. I flipped my credit card and she said add 4% more. So I took the tip money I was going to leave them and paid the tab. They got nothing.
They gave a paper schedule after arriving on the ship which basically said:
1 hour eat
1 hour cruise
1 hour kayak (once again you had to take a 15 minute tender to the dock to kayak)
1 hour happy hour (btw all beverages you pay for. I had purchased a bottle of wine from a floating store which comes right up to the boat but they said I would have to pay if I drank it in the dining room)
1 hour make your own spring roll
1 hour dinner
Bed or free time
Sleep
7:30 AM choose light breakfast or kayak again
8:30 pack you bag and check out of room
9:30 brunch
10:30 back on tender to dock
11:15 transfer back to Hanoi
All in all we spend 5 hours round trip from Hanoi
2 hours on tender to/from ship
20 hours on ship
Mind you the views are spectacular but next time I would just do a day trip or rent a private boat
