My credit card was charged, but no tickets were ever sent by Tripadvisor or the company they worked with. I called several times about it and was told the tickets would come within 24 hours of the event but they didn’t. The booking reference and confirmation code were not enough at the entrance. Besides that, there was no line at the castle. There was no need to procure special tickets. My friend and I ended up getting in for free, being seniors. I would like my money back. There were no services provided.

Fabulous museum. One of the best in the world. I used Skip the Queue but didn’t need to as I arrived just after 9am and there was no queue however a few hours later the queue was very long.

Museum was great. Amazing artifacts often only seen in history books. However the ‘skip the line’ fee was not necessary. I arrived around 10am to no line.

Total immersion in pre-Hispanic cultures with extraordinary finds. Magnificent display. The museum offered a very good guide to the most important works for free.

Tried to book regular tickets on TripAdvisor, but apparently was sold old. So paid twice as much for skip the line. When we arrived, regular ticket line was selling tickets. Had I known, I would have skipped TripAdvisor. Aside from that it took an hour of trying to contact someone at Viatur because the system didn't send me the tickets. Longer process and more uncertain than waiting in line. Not recommended.

The ticket price is 90 pesos on site, but it costs 15.99 dollars here, which is almost three times the official price. In fact, it just saves the time of queuing to buy tickets, and there is basically no need to queue up to buy tickets on weekdays. The attraction is 100% worth visiting.

Whilst the museum itself was amazing the 150+ MXN I paid for this skip the line ticket was a complete waste - I could not use the ticket and so had to buy a new one at the ticket booth.

As previously stated by one of the other reviewers, this is not a true "skip the line" ticket. Unlike other museums where I've used skip the line, and there is a separate entrance or line, when we arrived at the museum, we found out from the security guard that everyone still had to stand in an incredibly long security line to get through into the museum. I contacted the tour company about the situation, and never heard back. So my friends and I left, and came back much later in the afternoon, when there was no line. Turns out this ticket only helps you bypass the ticket line, which quite honestly, is not that long in comparison to the security line. I would highly recommend just buying a regular ticket, and then entering either early in the morning, or later the afternoon to avoid the line.

If you get there early it is usually not a problem to get in. I went solo on a Saturday. If you plan on going on the weekend or later in the day it is a good choice to skip the line. You can also just get tickets inside from a kiosk vs the counters. The digital download provided is a very brief highlight of the items on display. If you want more explanation or detail, hire a guide.
