The Barcelona and Sagrada Familia tour we took on 6-15-2024 was absolutely the best tour we've ever had. That being said, it could not have been the best tour - had we not also had the best tour guide we ever had. Sergio was simply amazing. So very knowledgeable on all the topics. We traveled with my 78-year-old mother-in-law and he was very attentive to make sure that all the group was together and that no one was being left behind. On multiple occasions - he helped my mother-in-law up and down steps and was very concerned to make sure that she was not being left behind. I recommend this tour and guide 1000%. If you take this tour - please make sure you ask for Sergio to be your guide. We got him by chance and were very lucky. He is a local Barcelonian, born and raised, and knows the city inside out. He had insight on history (even had a binder with pictures and illustrations), current events, best restaurants, and everything you could ask from a tour guide. We were so very appreciative of him and gave him a huge tip at the end. Remember - ask for Sergio.

I did the half day Sagrada tour with Rod. He was very informative, animated and enjoyable to have as our tour guide. We started our tour early morning and walked through the city to see older historic buildings, we then drove to a beautiful viewpoint that overlooked the city of Barcelona. From there, we drove to the Sagrada Familia to receive our tour. Once the tour ended we had a chance to spend free time in the cathedral for the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this tour, and Rod as your tour guide if you enjoy history and architecture! There are also more tour options available for full days that include more historic locations to visit.

This is an excellent tour made even more special by our fantastic tour guide, Rod, who brought the tour to life with his knowledge, passion and humour. As we only had a couple of days in Barcelona, we wanted to see as much as we could of the city and learn about its history and culture. I would definitely recommend this small group tour to anyone visiting the city and if you’re fortunate enough to have Rod as your guide he will take excellent care of you!

We had the tour guide Mr. Rod who was amazing throughout the tour. He explained all the details really well. Me and my family have been to a lot of places and the tour guides haven’t been up to the mark and it’s quite difficult understanding the way they communicate. Rod was really effective and easy to understand. Loved the tour and would recommend other tourists to have Mr. Rod as their guide.

Rod was my guide. Hw was Very knowledgeable and humorous. Our family had a wonderful time on this tour with Rod. The tour was fast paced but cover all the highlights of Barcelona.

Rod was our guide and he made our day (and our entire trip) so much better! His enthusiasm and charisma poured out into every one of his stories and teachings.
