Sam was our tour guide and he was excellent. Shown us the important part of Doha. He was very informative, friendly and very accommodating to my photography,s hobby, knowledgeable about the development of the city and the famous architects. He even bought us a great lunch. Highly recommended him to visit Doha.

I highly recommend everyone book a tour if you have a layover in Doha. This is what happened to me. I had an 8 hour layover and I did not want to spend such a long time at the airport. I am so grateful I found Doha transit and tours. From the beginning it was such a smooth process. Easy online booking process (I booked it short notice) I am so happy it worked out perfectly. I was able to get the confirmation within minutes. The day of the tour my tour guide, Sam, reached out to me directly and explained everything with so much clarity and ease. As a solo female traveler, feeling secure is a priority for me. Sam made the experience even better by being such a welcoming person. After pick up, he took us around the city and showed me all the key points. I was so impressed with his knowledge and hospitality. I even requested to stop by the mall and he made it happen for me. He took me to the souq and it was incredible. I got to pet a falcon, eat delicious knafeh, and shop for a magnet.
I didn’t know what to expect whenever I booked this tour and honestly I had no idea what Doha was like. I simply took the chance to get out of the airport and I am soooo happy I did.

Absolutely had the best time and so pleased we chose to do this trip. We had an 8.30 hour layover so wanted something to do instead of staying stuck in the airport. Our guide was Sam and he was extremely knowledgeable and great company. We came away with a great insight to Qatar life and would definitely make us come back for a longer stay. Felt that alot was put into the time we were in Doha and got a good sense of the city. Thank you Sam for making it so enjoyable, we will definitely return.

It was the best decision to book a city tour during layover, with EASY pickup and drop off from and to the airport in time, Doha the city is a complete extraordinary example of modernization, a perfect example of art and architecture in the middle of desert. The guide was knowledgable with all the answers we had about the place and market suk was amazing with the like a traditional showcase of city and our most interesting part was the falkon photos. most do tour in doha.

I am extremely glad that we booked this Layover Doha City Tour during our 10-hour layover in Qatar. Our personal tour guide Sam was amazing. He took us to all of the famous sites in Doha. Also, he told us about the history of the country and the people there - he was truly a wealth of knowledge. We did the tour at night- after 10 pm and it was so hot we were dripping in sweat from the humidity. It was still an experience that I am glad to have been a part of.

Sam waited patiently as we talked to immigration upon our arrival as we went passed the scheduled time. He’s also very knowledgeable of Doha city.

This was a perfect way to spend a layover. I saw much of the city from the car, but we got our several times and we’re able to walk the city and see different sites. Yam was an amazing guide. He had great knowledge of the city and was friendly and prompt. Fabulous experience!
