• Flexible Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the tour departure, we will refund 80% of the total amount. If you cancel within 24 hours before your tour departure, a 100% penalty applies.
• IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requests: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality, to issue the entry. At the time of booking, please provide these details correctly as shown in your passport.
• The capacity of Machu Picchu is limited. Entry is in shifts every hour from 6 am to 2 pm. Our tour considers the visit to Machu Picchu in circuits 1 and 2 + the classic photo, in shifts from 6 am to 10 am. If these slots are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will immediately confirm the tour at the next available time, ensuring your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
• For us to guarantee circuit 1 and 2 in Machu Picchu. We recommend booking in advance. Circuit 2 is the best option, it will take you to the classic photo without problem, and then you will visit the lower part of Machu Picchu.
• Due to high demand and limited access to the citadel, FLY CUSCO PERU will issue your admission ticket in circuits 1 or 2 + classic photo with priority. If they are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will contact you, prior coordination with the passenger before issuing the other options.
• The guided tour inside Machu Picchu takes around 2h 30m following a delimited circuit.
• THE INFORMATION MEETING OR BRIEFING. A FLY CUSCO PERU representative will contact you one day in advance to organize the meeting in the lobby of your hotel or in our offices, as previously agreed. We will provide you with a detailed map with the step-by-step itinerary, in addition to giving you all the important tickets that are part of this program.
• WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THIS EXCURSION? To spend the night in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), bring a small backpack or carry-on with some enough clothing to spend the night. The rest of the items you can leave at your hotel in Cusco Most of these establishments have warehouses where they will store your things (at no extra cost). If you don't trust where you're staying, we'll be happy to store your belongings in our office || Bread Portal 123 Ruiseñores Shopping Center. OF 201, Plaza de Armas, Cusco. Historic center ||. To avoid carrying unnecessary things that you will not use in Machupichu.
• What to bring?: sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, jacket, small backpack with enough clothes to spend the night. waterproof clothing in rainy season (Dec-Mar)
• There will be a maximum of 10 travelers on the tour or activity. In low season there can be up to 2 people on the tour or activity – making the tour more personalized.
• The last minute ticket option will only take you through circuit 4, through the lower part of Machu Picchu (without access to the classic photo), we recommend you book in advance. (this option will appear in the payment option, when there are no longer available tickets to Machu Picchu)

We booked the tour only 2 days in advance and they were able to quickly secure the tickets to the train and Machu Picchu. Great timings on every location, we had enough time to explore everything. The guide in Machu Picchu was great, hotel was good and modern. They guided us thought every location, no need to thing about organization yourself.

Overall, great itinerary, responsive staff, but poor logistical execution that could use improvement. The locations included in the tour were awesome, but the time management and logistics were not. This tour should have been extended by at least half a day because everything was shockingly rushed. The hotel was not good - I was surprised it was considered to be 3 stars - it literally felt like a dorm. And, there has to be better communication with the Machu Picchu guides. Ours left with another group in Aquas Calientes. The woman who coordinates everything is super nice and very very responsive - she was great. And thankfully the alternate Machu Picchu guide was had was lovely. Lastly, our driver from Ollantaytambo back to Cuzco was very sweet and took us back to the hotel where our bags were and offered to drive us to our next hotel.

A super good trip def recommend! Everyone is super nice, the guides are extremely friendly and responsive. Peru is a beautiful place, Machu Pichu is worth to go.

This tour was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and were not worried about anything due to the experience and comfort that our guide provided. Efrain was amazing and was so flexible and supportive of everyone in our group. Then comes the views, the sites, the people. The views were amazing. Efrain gave us the best spots for photos and new how to watch the changes in cloud coverage to make sure we got great views and experiences. We had a once in a lifetime experience both days of this trip! A must see place, and a must use tour company.

Great tour. Perfect for a solo traveler that doesn't want to think about all the logistical steps of Machu Picchu (MP). The first day of the tour had wonderful highlights -- the salt mine, local shopping, and archaeological sites. The guides were knowledgeable, funny, and kind. Efrain and Martin made sure I felt safe and immersed in culture. MP was a beautiful site. I did circuit 1 which was a bit longer of a hike but with stunning views. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend to a friend (solo and family alike)

Everything was great! Thank you to the 2 guides who accompanied us and who were very considerate. I am over 70 years old.
Lunch in a restaurant with a buffet where you don't know what to choose.
Visiting Machu Picchu was a childhood dream: wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent tour! Highly recommended for only English speaking tourist, since they would take care of everything on the foreign language. From the transportation to the restaurant and hotel pick it was a must to travel with Fly Cusco booked through Viator. The best is the tour guides, so friendly, so helpful, so knowledgeable.. they would go out of their way to make your trip a memorable one. Victor in Sacred Valley and Edwin on Machu Picchu made our trip beyond incredible. On the same token the tour coordinator, Jhordy, went the extra mile to please every request and accommodate every need we would contacted him. We honestly believe our journey through Peru and Machu Picchu would NOT have been as memorable is we would have not picked Fly Cusco!

Fantastic tour! Victor was a great guide for day 1; very knowledgeable about not only the places we were visiting, but about everything related to Peru's history and present. He also answered all our questions about both days' activities.

Judy was our day 2 guide (Machu Picchu) and very pleasant and thorough about the Incan history. She met us at our hotel and took us to the top of Machu Picchu and explained everything is detail.

Transportation was first class on both days, as was the lunch included for day 1. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bilingual staff truly went above & beyond to educate us on every sight! Efrain was fantastic.
So diligent & kind with every guest. Edwin was wonderful as our guide in Machu Picchu.
