We’ve just spent the best day in Cairo with Abanoub (driver) and Rasha (the tour guide/all round angel) .
We were picked up at 2am and headed straight to Cairo. The bus was very comfortable with cushions, water, snacks and a tv. We stopped a couple of times for toilet breaks which was great.
Rasha then took us to the museum and pointed out the most important things(she’s FULL of knowledge), then we stopped for a nice buffet lunch, and finally headed to Giza where she showed us around and took lots of photos for us. Abanoub then drove us back to Hurghada in record time.
The kindest thing of all is that the group that we were supposed to travel with cancelled the trip and moved it to Monday. We couldn’t make it on Monday, so they (unaware by us) took us on the tour by ourselves anyway, even though they definitely could’ve cancelled on us.
10/10 experience, the loveliest driver and guide

Our day trip to Cairo with Hurghadatogo was even better than we expected. Ahmed our driver had a really clean, air conditioned and comfortable mini van. He also made sure we stopped whenever we needed to and even had drinks and snacks in the van for us whenever we wanted them. He got us everywhere really quickly so the journeys didnt feel long at all. He also picked us up close by all the stops to take us to the next activity. Amazing driver 10/10
Our tour guide Mina met us in Cairo and he was energetic, knowledgable and made the sightseeing experience even better. He made us all feel safe and was able to translate for us with the egyptian locals.
Overall, if your looking to visit the pyramids by car/bus we can’t recommend Hurghadatogo enough. 10/10 day and amazing driver and tour guide!!

The best day ever! Contacted Mina in advance of our trip to Egypt by WhatsApp he is very quick to respond and will answer any questions you have. The hotel we are staying at is a little out the way of Hurghada so Mina organised extra taxis for us to get to and from the tour bus these were on time and we were not left waiting at all. All of the drivers and Mo the tour guide were very friendly, helpful and happy to explain anything to you most of all they want you to have a great time. The van journey is very long but the van is air conditioned and comfortable and it is definitely worth it for the trip you get when you are there!
As well as seeing the Egyptian museum, pyramids and sphinx which of course are the main reasons to visit we also got to ride a camel and take a boat ride on the river Nile!
Mina also arranged a private transfer from the airport to our hotel for us when we arrived in Egypt so we did not have to wait on the bus. The taxi ride was a good price and they were already waiting for us when we got out of the airport just what you need after w long day of travelling no messing around. The people that picked us up were very friendly and even told us a bit about Egypt and Hurghada on the way to our hotel.
I would highly recommend Mina and his team for any trips you want to take in Egypt

It was an incredible experience! We got to see the iconic Pyramids, mysterious Sphinx, and the fascinating Egyptian Museum. The journey from Hurghada was comfortable, and our guide was knowledgeable, providing interesting insights into ancient Egypt. Rachael and I booked and went on a small group Cairo tour for Wednesday June 15th 2024. We were picked up from the Meraki Resort hotel at 2am and to our surprise we were greeted by a private vehicle just for the two of us which was the start of an amazing day for us. Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to Abanoub our driver. Not only did he drive us to Cairo and back over 18 hours in one day but he was funny, cheeky and a fabulous safe driver, he never complained and even took a photo with us.
Secondly I would like to thank our tour guide who was also called Muhammed and was the owner of the company which was a bonus for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and made us feel welcome at all times. We started at the museum in Cairo. It was incredible to see the history of Egypt's past and see some of history's most famous artifacts in person. From there we took a 30 minute cruise on the Nile which was incredible. We then had lunch at a Chinese buffet overlooking the pyramids. It was probably the best view you can have at dinner.
Finally we toured the pyramids and the Great Sphinx of Giza. Wow, incredible, incredible. You can't understand the sheer size until you're standing next to it. These are sights to be seen.
Rachael and I had the best day and we will never forget this experience so once again a huge thank you to Abanoub (driver) and Muhammed our tour guide.

We spent a lovely day with our guide Mohammed, who told us a lot about the history of the places we visited and about Egypt in general. He knew the answer to every single question we asked, and that was a lot since my husband is very interested in Egyptian history. Mohammed was also extremely friendly and helpful when one of us felt unwell in the middle of the day. Thanks to him, the day trip remained enjoyable. Our driver, Abanoub, is very experienced and we felt safe and comfortable during the trip. The whole day really exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Don't hesitate to choose this option over any other!

It's a long day with a lot of traveling, but I would say it's very worth it to see one of the ancient wonders of the world. The guide and driver were both great and looked after us the whole day. I would recommend this excursion to anyone interested in history. I would ask the guide to get you the tickets to go inside the pyramid before you arrive, but you'll love it either way.
