Very knowledgeable tour guide. Tour left on time and we learned a lot. It was very enjoyable. The audio headset made it easy to hear everything.

The guide was very good. It is just so crowded in there that it’s difficult to walk through. The skip the line tickets did work great getting us in without a long wait. Enjoyed the terrace view.

This was a pretty fun tour. The skip the line feature was a must, and our guide (Hamid, although I may not have that spelled correctly) was fantastic. As an Art Major, his knowledge and passion was superb and the perfect guide for this tour. Additionally, he was directive when needed and made our group feel like a family he was shepherding through the Vatican. Well done.

We were so excited to get our tickets through you to tour St. Marks. Unfortunately, our ferry boat did not arrive in time and we missed our tour. Maybe another time. :(

The guide, while good and knowledgeable seemed to be going into too much detail about every little thing. She was running well behind schedule and we had to leave the tour early to catch a train. She did apologize for talking too long and too much.

I was given am entrance ticket for the previous day rather than a ticket for the correct day. I was turned away. while the tour continued I had to go all tje way back to the meeting point and get the right ticket. Our guide did not seem to appreciate questions. Tour guides need to be better prepared for people with wheel chairs and walkers
