This experience was great from beginning to end! We opted to have the private transfer from our hotel which ended up being a great idea. Our driver (blanking on his name, I apologize) knew exactly where to go and was very friendly. The hot air balloon trip was about 40 minutes and was incredible. We ate at La Gruta afterwards which was beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

This was such a unique and wonderful experience. Etienne from excellentravel was such a great joy to have drive us. Profesional, friendly and courteous. Once we arrived at our take off location it continued to be amazing, Captain Francisco M was equally charming and made our experience unforgettable. I would recommend to all.
