We booked with Island Tours and were very relieved that we did. Despite huge delays with the airline and getting through customs they were there waiting and got us to the hotel without further delay. We would have certainly done more with Island but Hurricane Beryl hit in the way. Hurricanes do not hit Jamaica in July!!

Superb service from Craig collecting us from Kingston Airport and taking us to Negril, collecting us a week later.
A comfortable car, with stops on the way back for food and also a tour of Kingston (Trenchtown, Murals and James Bond scenes).
I would recommend Craig for any airport transfers

We booked airport transfers from Kingston airport to the S Hotel in Kingston. Our flight got into Kingston late and Craig was still there waiting for us. We then asked Craig to help us and drive us for two other occasions during our stay and then also drop us back to the airport the day we left Kingston. He is very professional and always on time, which we really appreciated. We had an excellent experience with Craig and would recommend him to everyone that needs transportation in Kingston!

We arrived on an evening flight. My fear is always that we are going to be stranded. lol. Once we landed at 8:10pm from ATL we de boarded and exited the airport doors at 8:30. Our driver was on time and welcomed us with air conditioning and water. Will use again.

My driver was at the airport waiting for me. As I walked out i saw my name on a sign he greeted me a smile. We were hungry he drove us to KFC and waited for the restaurant to open.. Craig was amazing and knowledgeable of the island.
