The guide was great!
We were taken advantage of by the phone reservation person. She sold us a double tour. I explicitly asked for the Royal Palace tour only and when the tickets arrived in my email they included the Prado as well. We had already visited the Prado. It was a very expensive “error”.

The Royal Palace is just beautiful and full of history. Our guide took us on a real journey through the history of Spain with excellent explanations of all the items/paintings/architecture on display. Full credit to our guide as we would not have appreciated even a small percentage of what we saw without her there. A definite must-see in Madrid!

We were fascinated by the Royal Palace, the guide was incredible and a great professional who explained everything to us with great detail and passion. He also showed us the armory museum, it is one of the most important in Europe, very interesting and luxurious!
