By far the best tour I took during my time in Mexico City! Belen really knows her stuff and she's a great story teller. I learned so much more about Mexico City than I was expecting on this 2 hour tour. She also threw in some fun facts that related to the country I'm from so I was able to relate to the history more. She answered all our questions and was happy to let the group make stops / take pictures when we wanted to. It felt like the perfect pace and I was honestly sad when it was over. I can't believe this tour is tip-based!

this tour was absolutely amazing!! Learned so much history and culture. Saw so many beautiful, amazing sights. Belen was so sweet, she waited for us even when we were running 15 minutes behind. Would 100% do this again! Also, she gave so many great recommendations and tips.

Belen, our guide, radiated joy and enthusiasm and warmly greeted us. It was like meeting an old friend. Gracias! There were only 4 in our group and we felt like it was a private tour. She took us on a brisk journey from the Aztec ruins near Zocalo up to Palacio de Bellas Artes, bringing us in to the 20th Century. Not only did she hit the highlights of history as we moved along, but also made sure we were introduced to tacos al pastor and posole and traditional Mexican confections. We had an interesting conversation about government and political issues as we waited on a traffic light because one of our group wanted to know about the political posters that are everywhere in anticipation of July elections. She was tactful but answered our questions. Often the best parts of a tour are the impromptu moments in which we are talking with each other. I would happily take this walk again with Belen the next time I'm in Mexico City. She is very knowledgeable, but makes the information fun. When the tour was completed, she patiently helped me figure out how to turn large denomination currency into smaller bills and encouraged me to head to a bank. Good advice! Great tour - I highly recommend it!

Belen was outstanding. She had historical information that was so relevant, interesting and well explained. She took us to some unique places that weren't in the guidebook such as the oldest candy store and the original post office which is still in use. Best tour by far and for a very good price. Don't miss it.

I joined Belen for the walking tour and ended up being the only one there so bagged a private tour! She was so lovely, knowledgeable and passionate about the city and it’s history, and gave just the right amount of information to absorb. Saw all the landmarks plus a few hidden gems. Highly recommended!

We have been to the city several times but decided to to a walking tour to learn more about our favorite sites. We are so glad we did! Belen provided a great overview of the sites, Mexican history and culture while providing tips of where to go in the city. We highly recommend this tour to get your footing of the city, learn about Mexico and the culture, and explore hidden gems!

We had BELEN as our guide and she was FANTASTIC! Perfect english and spoke with enthusiasm and varied her tone which kept us all to attention.
Very knowledgeable on the area and told us a lot about the origins of Tenochitlan and showed us different places where we need to try the food.
Go on her tour!! I would again!

Belen gave us a fantastic overview tour of Mexico City. It was clear she was knowledgeable and cares greatly for her country and city. I loved hearing about Mexican traditions and her own families. I also really liked seeing the Diego Rivera murals in the Public Education Department. I highly recommend this tour and going with Belen. We were a little late because of traffic and she kindly texted and waited for us.
