My tour guide was excellent. A swee all the questions and guided us appropriately. She also gave good suggestions. Overall good experience.

We were asked to meet in front of Starbucks. But the plaza is so big we did not see our tour guild and after waiting ten minutes after our meeting time we call the office and they said the tour has left. They refused to give us a refund. I don’t recommend use this tour guild. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Our guide was entertaining and very knowledgeable. He tried his best with some people who were waiting for friends. Much nicer than I would have been. When you book a tour, you should get there very early, find the meeting spot, and then go enjoy a drink somewhere.

Fantastic tour. Our guide did an excellent job adjusting to a difficult day. Even with the skip the line Ticket, there was a 45 minute wait to enter the palace. Evidently, the day after the palace has been closed for state functions is always supercrowded and they will intermittently limit the number of visitors. That being said, she expertly distracted us from the sweltering sun with various factoids. Definitely recommend.

Our tour guide did an excellent job although there were technical difficulties with the headsets. She tried her best to get them resolved, but seems the problems might have been museum- wide. She asked for permission from security guards in each room to speak more loudly so the whole group could hear her. She did an excellent job of waiting for everyone to catch up since we didn’t have the benefit of working audio earpieces. Her English was easily understandable.

Despite the crowds, the guide was great! Very enthusiastic lady. Armory highly recommended. Sabatini gardens were a nice addition to the palace visit.

Enrique our guide was excellent, knowledgeable and humerous with very good English. We have visited the palace before without a guide and having a guide enhances the experience so much hearing the history of this stunning palace, Madrid and the Spanish royal family
