More expensive than a taxi van but great service, they were ready and waiting for our group when we got off the plane. I Reserved a 14 person van for our group of 12. Showed up on time for the return trip to the airport. Drivers were very polite and helpful.

Exceptional service! We were greeted by the team right away. The Cosu Shuttle booth is immediately in front and to the left of the last set of exit doors (past all the time share people). Miguel was a great driver and shared info about the town and the island. 100% recommend to use them!

It was perfect!! They were right there when we walked out of the terminal. They were pleasant and we were loaded up and on our way as fast as possible!!! No waiting in a line!

Awesome Experience! I showed a person my receipt and they said Ricardo is outside. Ricardo came right up to us and took us to the Van and loaded up our luggage. The van was super comfortable. Miguel was very nice and we arrived at our hotel Safely. Highly recommended!

We had pre booked and were directed from their signage to go outside. Driver was right there waiting and straight to the resort. No problems no delays no mess!!

Best way to move a family from the airport! Driver was friendly, van was clean and cool. Pick up at hotel for return was on time and equally as pleasant. Definately recommend prescheduling transportation at the airport to avoid the vendors!

Was not informed we needed to take and pay for the ferry and a taxi to our resort until arriving. Paid too much money to go around the corner to the ferry. If your visiting Playa de Carmen fly into Cancun instead of Cozumel. Less travel time and leas expensive.
