Easy, reliable and affordable. They were right there when you walk out of the terminal and they picked us up from the resort to take us back to the airport at the exact time they said they would be there. The van was clean, and the staff was friendly.

excellent transportation option from
suitable for the hotel, it took approx. 40 minutes since we chose the shared shuttle option (there were only about 6-8 people); It is very economical and I did not need to make a prior reservation since they have a stand at the airport and they inform you of the prices right there (they depend on the area you are going to and the type of transportation you choose). They have a terminal for card payments. And since they have the transportation units right there, it didn't take them even 10 minutes to assign us a unit and leave the airport. Back at the airport, I only had to make my reservation a day before and the
Payment is made by transfer. They were very punctual with the agreed schedule and on this occasion the transportation was private (car).

Fair price for a shared shuttle. Left quickly in maybe 10 min. Look your on a shuttle with other people excited to start their vacation, so its a fun positive experience. Everyone is happy

Everyone was friendly and eager to ensure that you got to your destination. We chose the shared shuttle and although full, the van’s were fairly new and very clean. The driver was courteous on the road and got everyone to their distination safely.

The team is terrible. They struggle to communicate with their own operators to confirm simple details about shuttle transfer booking. Then they like to talk about their no refund policy even when they mess up. Please avoid them.

Fast and friendly. The Driver knows all of the Hotels here on the Island and I enjoyed speaking Spanish with the Driver. The cost was reasonable at 20 dollars per person
