Upon arrival at Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence no later than 4.45 pm, customers will be welcomed by our teachers, respecting all types of measures of the latest DLs. on health and accompanied in a room of 1700 d.c. where we will explain the menu and check for allergies to accommodate everyone.
The Chefs will accompany their groups to wash their hands, put on an apron and take their positions at the lesson.
Each person will do everything, it's not a demonstration class, so roll up your sleeves and let's start making desserts, cuts for sauces, appetizers, main courses and serving sauces, fresh handmade pasta, a glass to feel at home.
After you finish everything?
Finally the whole menu is tasted with just as much Tuscan wine.
At the end of the whole experience you will take with you the memory of a booklet of recipes made during the class and as many tricks from the Chefs.
Classes are held in English as a global language, German, Spanish and Italian.

Amazing time . Me and my family of 10 people booked a pasta class and dinner at Chefactory in Florence. We all had a great time. All hands on! We made gnocchi, fettucine, ravioli and dessert, all from scratch. The Chef was very informative and entertaining. We learned so many techniques for everyday cooking. We all enjoyed cooking the pastas and dessert and meet so many wonderful people that were cooking with us. After we completed the pastas we sat together and ate the food we made with the different sauces that were made during the cooking class. Which also included the dessert and wine. Great time. Would definitely take another cooking class at Chefactory when we go back to Florence.

My daughter and I took this class in June. Wow so fun and what a great experience. We loved learning new recipes and meeting new people. The food was so delicious.

Well organised groups. The chef was excellent in demonstrating how and what to do. The time went so quick! So much food to eat and we were given the recipes to try at home.

My daughter came up with this idea. Not being great in the kitchen, I was a little leery about having to pay to make my own dinner from scratch, but it was actually really fun. I thought for sure after allowing us to mix the ingredients that the chefs would serve us food that they made for us in advance, but nope - You actually eat what you make. And it was great!

I booked this class as a gift to myself for my birthday and I am really glad for this! I had the opportunity to learn how to cook and eat great pasta (especially the pumpkin ravioli and gnocchi) and meet great people - both the group and the chefs. Stefano and Greta were very easygoing, skilled, and open to answering my questions - and they prepared a surprise with a little cake and candle which definitely made my day! Thank you!
As feedback for improvement, the book of recipes could be more detailed and complete. Also, when finishing the dishes it would be good to watch finalizing the last details.
Overall, I really recommend this place and experience!

We had a wonderful experience as a family of 9. This was a serious cooking class and our chef, Stefano, meant business. It was great because he taught us about the various dough; flour & semolina, cutting and preparing all the vegetables for the sauce, teaching us to make ravioli, gnocchi and fettuccine. After, we got to enjoy all of our pasta dishes and the dessert we made, delicious panna cotta. We would definitely do this again.
