Beautiful architecture and gripping stories from history! Raul was a great guide. Well-paced tour. The gardens are beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer. The cathedral was also ornate and interesting.

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide knew all the history of the Alcazar and the cathedral. There was time at the end to climb to the top of the cathedral to see the views.

The palace and gardens were beautiful but we were not told of a dress code for the cathedral. Both in sleeveless shirts meant our only two options were to “buy a pashmina” at a nearby shop or not go in. Spending more money for an item i didnt need had it just been listed in the instructions prior to arrival was silly, so we didnt go into the cathedral. This could be solved by adding an attire description to the confirmation.

The cathedral is stunning. We had a very good guide who did a great job explaining all the beautiful artwork. The climb up the bell tower was very crowded, so we did not get a chance to see much of the outside, but the bells were impressive to see.
The ancient castle was very interesting. All in all, a great experience.

The tour guide Sam was very informative and had a funny Witt with passion on his knowledge of history. The Viator website and notice needs to be more informative as so many people turned up only to be turned away due to lack of id and dress attire. This was disheartening to see and expect better from Viator in providing this information prior to arrival.

Our guide Jose was very thorough and knowledgeable. The Alkazar complex was ver impressive. We thought it was just about as good as the Alhambra.

This tour had it all!!! We spent almost 2 hours in the Alcazar, about 45 minutes to climb the Giralda Tower, and another 2 hours in the Cathedral. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable (a retired teacher) and even made the tour interactive with questions and trivia games along the way. It was great. We saw several rooms in the palace, the gardens, panoramic view from the tower, and toured the majority of the cathedral as well. Very well rounded tour. It did run long so prepare for that. Many people left before she was done since we ran over. Some things to note: if traveling in the summer it is extremely hot!!! We hit 99 degrees F the day we went so be prepared with water, fans etc. None of the tour was air-conditioned. The Cathedral has a dress code, check the website for specifics. Women must cover their shoulders so bring a scarf. We had to improvise with pants and shirts the day we went. Men can't wear hats inside. Bring your passport or ID for entry to both sites. It's required to enter most historical sites to prevent ticket scalping. 1 person on our tour didn't have theirs and had to have their hotel send photos to enter. No food, if you bring it, even inside a backpack they ask you you to throw away.
