They responded to inquiries via WhatsApp timely. Booking through their website was easy. The meeting place was about 1 mile from the Royal Caribbean and Carnival port, but that’s after you walk through the large port, so taking a cab would be advisable.
David was the main person and Carlito was another one. The entire crew was nice and friendly. The boat had two toilets, however we didn’t use them so I can’t comment on them. There were 14 participants and we had ample shade and space on the boat. The pico de gallo was tasty and I was told the ceviche was good too.
So the reason for not getting 5 stars- I asked beforehand via WhatsApp how they handled a person who had not snorkeled before as it was my friend’s first time. They explained that there would be a certified guide who would be with them at all times. Which was true, however the one guide was with all of us and there is no way that one person could keep track of all of us and still provide the attention needed for someone who was nervous and had never done snorkeling. So she didn’t last long in the water. She still had a good time, though.
I am an experienced swimmer and have been snorkeling many times in the Caribbean. There were no fins available for the participants, which made me use a lot more effort on swimming instead of being able to enjoy the view. The required snorkel vests, chafed under the arms due to needing to vigorously swim. Another friend doesn’t like using fins so she didn’t mind. The reef was beautiful. We saw two sea turtles and the guide even pointed out a baby reef shark.
Overall, I would recommend if you’re experienced with snorkeling and don’t mind not having fins.

It was a lovely day. We usually do a private boat tour, so this was certainly different. But Leo, Carlos and the captain were fantastic. I think I’ve been a little spoiled with private tours where I can be handed a drink as soon as I board, and I get to control the music. But for what it is, it was really a great day.

It was an amazing experience, all the crew were super friendly and patient, I really enjoyed my time in the catamaran and my partner enjoyed a lot the snorkeling.
Food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing, special thanks to Jonathan; his food and drinks were the best, the rest of the participants were super friendly and fun.
I totally recommend this trip 👍🏼

Leo, Carlos, Pedro, and the rest of the gang took great care of us. They showed up at our hotel for pickup and had us going and ready in record time. We enjoyed the snorkeling and the surfboard ceviche a lot. If you aren’t a big fan of snorkeling this tour was more oriented around that than just hanging out on a boat, so be aware. Other than that the crew was gracious and did a great job answering questions and at the end just bantering with us.

Wonderful! Loved the tour guides and saw a barracuda, sea turtles, sting rays and starfish! The ceviche at the end was amazing, plus Karlina took some amazing photos underwater that we could purchase at the end if we wanted. Would highly recommend.

It was my first time in Cozumel. I heard we had to go to El Cielo and see sea turtles and starfish. We had four stops. We had rough waters as we started, but Captain Nelly did a great job of navigating us as smooth as possible. David was very clear instructions for snorkeling and kept us safe. Jonathan was very helpful in the water. Carlita took amazing photos of our family! Our six-year-old son had fun snorkeling. Our three-year-old enjoyed the shallow water at the end. Lots of stingrays at the end to! Great to see some sea life! Lunch was light, fish ceviche, and fresh fruit at the end. Plenty of beer and drinks at the end as well. Thank you!

amazing day! The crew made us feel like royalty ! Beautiful water and turtles and stingrays and starfish! The ceviche was off the chain and the water was crystal clear. The beers and margs were flowing and we were besties with the other passengers by the end of the day !
