Take afternoon tea on the Thames during a 1.5-hour river sightseeing cruise in London. While enjoying the oh-so-British tradition of tea with cakes and sandwiches, cruise through the heart of central London on a round-trip route from Tower Pier to Westminster to see several of the city’s best-known sights. Gaze out at the London Eye, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and more!

I can’t complain about the staff who were friendly but £78 for a plate of sandwiches and some Mr Kipling cakes was not value for money imo

Lovely afternoon tea sailing down the Thames. Fantastic and funny commentary on the way back. Started at tower millennium pier and sailed under tower bridge twice.

Boat and tour were great. Food was very low quality and service was very slow. Recommend it but don’t expect much in terms of food quality and their onboard serving service.

Lovely afternoon tea on the River Thames. Sandwiches were okay, treats and tea were delicious. The crew person that did the audio tour was very entertaining. Very well done.

I was soooo excited to do this in London with my family, but when we got there, we were denied entry at the gate because City Cruises (the company that puts on the excursion) did not have our booking info!!! Even with the emails, reference #, etc. We were not able to get on because they said we bought it from a 3rd party and they didn’t provide the info to them, and I called Viator and they didn’t help much to get us on the boat. I am currently in process of trying to get a refund… sigh, just go straight through the company!!!

Overall nice experience yummy tea and desserts but sandwiches were not good neither my friend or I could eat them. Bread seemed stale like they had been sitting out to long.

We spent more so we could get a window table..(worth the extra) the cruise itself was very enjoyable with friendly staff and amusing and informstive commentary . The tea itself was a bit hit and miss.. I don't drink tea or coffee so asked for water instead ..which I had to pay for.. I would have thought this could have been provided in place of the tea.... the sandwhiches were very strange and not very nice.. the bread was not a normal sandwhich bread and was very hard and dry and the fillings were not great. Scones were delicious but the cream was not clotted and you only got enough for half a scone. The cakes were nice.... a trip to the top deck we'll worth it as it was lovely weather.

I became ill while standing in the queue to board. One of my friends went to the front to alert staff and they did nothing. On eventually arriving on the boat when they could see I was ill they did nothing to help and at first said we could not sit together as we had all booked separately. They did then take us to a table but never asked if I needed anything. I needed a drink and food as I have diabetes but we were the last table to be served.
They obviously had no first aid training and no empathy.
The food was mediocre and I was charged for a coke as I don’t drink tea
All in all not a good experience.

We had upgraded to a special window seat and the views were spectacular. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely attentive.
