I booked the spanish tortilla cooking class for my friend's bridal shower and it was such a highlight of the trip!
Eric led the class and was so inspirational in helping us learn about the humble beginnings of his initiative.
The entire class was so interactive.
Eric was also really accomdating of all the different dietary requirements I gave him - from no alcohol (subsituted with non-alcoholic prosecco!) to no pork/bacon, peanut allergies and a vegan guest!
Complimentary churros at the end of our meal was the sweetest end!
Thank you Eric and the team for such a fantastic morning.

Really great! We had a great time and learned some amazing recipes. Highly recommended! Everything is explained in great detail and you have enough time afterwards to enjoy the food you've cooked :)

We had an absolutely great day with Eric learning to make the Spanish tortilla. He was informative, passionate and fun. I have been taking cooking classes around Europe for the past year and this was by far the most beautifully done one yet. I’d love to return with my husband, but had a fantastic time with my children. Highly recommend!

We took the brunch class, and it was amazing. We loved using the mini blowtorch to brown our bread and cheese. Making the tortilla was fun. Chef Eric was a great lead who kept us busy and entertained. We loved that our glasses were constantly refilled without us ever having to ask. We highly recommend The Cooking Clubhouse and will take another course the next time that we are in Madrid.

This cooking class was one of me and my friends’ favorite experiences in Madrid. We did the spanish tortilla class during the afternoon with Eric, who was an amazing instructor and was very helpful. He provided such a fun environment and all the drinks we could have dreamed of. The food was amazing and the vibes were immaculate. I highly recommend!!

It was in English!!!! Big mistake. It doesn't put it on the website, and if it does, it's very difficult to see. So they are tortillas for foreigners! AND THE POTATOES WERE ALREADY HALF DONE!!! How are we going to learn if they are already half done!
I will read a love. And the place is very nice. But €120 to make a tiny omelette???? It set 3 hours for the course and in one hour and 20 minutes we were out. I do not recommend it

Had an amazing morning with vasco making tortilla. Great chef and wonderful experience. Such a warm and welcoming place. Would recommend to anyone. Catered for me being vegetarian as well. Thanks again Vasco it was the highlight of our trip to Madrid!!!
