On our ticket it said we were to receive a free drink with the 4p cruise. I showed our service and he said the manager would speak to us. The manager never appeared. This was disappointing.

The cruise in general was good, however it was not well organized. I purchased the tickets on line to save time, but I had to wait in a long line to obtain physical tickets. Then I was told that the ticket included one drink, so I waited in another line only to be told it didn’t. Also I was told we couldn’t bring any drinks on the cruise but they sold drinks on the cruise.

The boat is not as advertised. We were really excited to be on the water and learn the history of Montreal. The boat was crowded and loud, and the speaker system was terrible, making it possible to hear. I specifically bought tickets for the 4pm cruise as they included a drink, but we did not receive one. When I asked about the drink, and showed them my confirmation, the staff said they would go check and get back to us. Not one person came back and when someone came to possibly take our order for drinks, another staff member came and moved them away from our table. Because I asked a question, we no longer got service. Do not waste your money on this.

The cruise was labeled "happy hour" cruise that entitled us to one alcoholic beverage. Spoiler alert, it is not of your choosing. The tour guide herself was lovely but struggled through her presentation.

This was not a historic sightseeing tour. We learned zero history of the city, and not only because the guide’s English was very questionable, but because she had no knowledge of history to share.

very relaxing and nice to see Montreal from the water. The tour guide gave descriptions in both French and then English, and she struggled with English, so by the time she got to that we were already past what she was talking about. Food and drinks pricey, and just okay. Don't get the nachos. But we still enjoyed it.

Honestly, I found the speaker too loud and it was difficult to hear what was being said over the loud speaker so I didn’t learn much about Montreal’s history as I would have liked. The cruise itself was nice. Next time I’ll go with something smaller where the guide can be seen and you can ask questions.

The view from the couise is beautiful. Yoi get to see almost all the city from the San Lorenzo river. I will treasure the pictures I took. You get to know some of Montreal's history and about lots of the thongs you are seeing. I enjoyed it. Take note: the part where you have cover from the sun was crowded. Eventually people move around.
