Trip was decent basically just transportation to mt buller.
Only thing i didnt like was the driver bought a different bus than what was told and kept us waiting for a long time in the cold

The bus had Phillip Island as tge destination on it all day, so we didn't even know it was the Mt Buller bus when it picked up. Driver never approached us (only people waiting). Very strange.🤔

The bus ride home was u comfortable cold. Bus wasn't heated for us despite all passengers having been in sub zero temps all day.
Requested heat at toilet stop & it was on for 5minutes then stopped working for the remaining 2hours drive home 🥶

Despite that, the driver got us there & home safely & was on time.
Wouldn't use this company again.

It was a wonderful trip. We left from Melbourne with only 10-minute stop on the way and had about 6 hrs free time at the Mt Buller. Our guide and driver and the stuff of Mt Buller staff are all kind and helpful. The guide Candice arranged everything well. I had an unforgettable experience there. Although the weather was not so good, I still enjoyed the skiing time and hope to do it again soon.

We booked and paid for 4 seats for the mt Buller day trip via a discount on Groupon. Followed all instructions and fine print and when trying to book was advised sorry cannot book in until the day before. No where did it say that when booking. Very disappointed and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Would not recommend dealing with the company at all.

Henry the driver was gentle and nice . It was fun in mt. Buller there is no snow that time we visit. But it’s worth it
