I tried this for the 1st time and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend. Way too much fun. Nice activity to do with the family or friends. Or a fun thing to as a couple. Either way it’s the thrill that makes it amazing.

We had a group of 5 people, one of the people got sick the night before and couldn't make the trip. The lady at check in said there was nothing she can do. Very rude. Offer a free vocher or something for a later date. Nothing!? Would never return or recommend as service is a big part of the overall experience.

Ride left late, was cut short, did not visit all advertised destinations (conditions were fine)
Staff ask for tips on multiple occasions
When addressing issues of the ride being late and not 45 minutes they were very dismissive and even lied about what time the boat left. Not recommended for the poor service.

For the staff to say, twice, on trip over the loudspeaker that they "work for tips" is no different than begging for money, after already paying $180 for a 45 min experience. That's enough I think, everyone involved in the business needs to make that go around so that staff don't have to shake a bucket as you step off the ride. Apart from that disgraceful act of scrounging, it was good fun, and my wife and kids enjoyed it too.

We got this last tour because we didn’t plan anything ahead . We came 2 days before to Miami before our cruise. My kids, 13 and 10, were kind of afraid and intimidated at the beginning. Once we left the pier, they loved it. They had a blast. The experience of being on a speedboat is amazing. If you want to get wet, go towards the back of the boat. It will be fun. With Miami’s weather, as soon as you get wet you dry up way before going back to the pier.
Highly recommended.

Nice tour towards South Beach and information about the fancy houses. For those sensitive to loud music, take a seat away from the speakers. Cash app for tips doesn't work for foreign tourists, only good old cash. App store refuses to install on Android for foreign users.
