Amazing company with great customer service. Nepaul was a great drive he was on time, courteous, and extremely informative. I would definitely book again.

Great company to book and reasonable price. He kept me updated on pickup time and his arrival to airport as well. We were slightly delayed and he was still there waiting. Pickup to return home he was on time as well and courteous. Nepaul tells u the dos and don'ts of the islands as well

Nepaul was the best he actually made my trip amazing. Will always use this company when I travel to Jamaica!! He showed my group around for great food, sight seeing, excursions and entertainment. He was always professional and communicated thoroughly. If you want someone to be on time and have patience Nepaul the one. Also Adina was amazing keeping us company at the airport until ride arrived. Thank You Nepaul…

I found Jaconnectours online and was a little weary using them at first but I’m glad I did. Richie went above and beyond to make sure I got to and from the airport. On arrival day, my flight landed early and when I called he made sure to send someone right away. Robert showed up and he was great, even stopped for us on the way to the resort. A situation came up on the day I was supposed to leave, causing me to have to stay a few extra days. Richie was more than understanding and was even calling to check up on me the following 2 days, changing their schedule around to be able to accommodate me off schedule. He sent Nepal to pick up me up for my flight home. Another driver with a great personality! Once I reached home, Richie called to check up on me and make sure everything was ok. Not anything I expected but absolutely appreciated because it’s rare to find people/ a business that genuinely care about your well being when they work with so many people everyday. I will absolutely book with them again and am very appreciative of the care and concern Richie showed.
