THE CEREMONY OF SAN PEDRO WACHUMA IS CARRIED OUT ON THE NIGHT OF THE RESERVED DATE.
To complete the experience of the San Pedro Wachuma ceremony, we will make a big fire all night in the middle of nature to drink the mescaline called WACHUMA, the Ceremony is normally until midnight, and after the decision each one if it continues together at the fire until dawn the next day
The Ceremony takes place in TARAY at 2900 meters high (9514.44 feet), a small town located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas surrounded by lots of nature.
Our recommendation during these 12 years of experience is after any ceremony and much more, if it is at night, is to take a break for the next few hours
That is why we include a small accommodation with basic amenities so that the experience of medicine is more comfortable, being able to spend the night at the Killary ILLary Home B&B

It's hard to put into words. It's exactly as advertised but so much more. San Pedro is gentle and patient, like Juan himself. The Sacred Valley is perfect and Juan is so heartful and soulful.

I had an incredible experience during the San Pedro Ceremony. It was my first time participating, and it exceeded my expectations. I felt a profound connection with Mama Pancha, and my spirit felt aligned. Juan and his family were incredibly welcoming, and their place exuded peace, making it the perfect setting for such an experience. Of all the amazing things we got to do and see in Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Lake Titicaca, our ceremony with Juan was my favorite! Juan is a wonderful and gifted guide with a lot of heart, patience, and wisdom. He is carrying a beautiful tradition forward into the next generation, and it was so wonderful to get to tske part in it. The land juan hosts from is absolutely stunning (be prepared for a 10 min hike from drop off, which includes some serious stairs at the end), with views of the sacred mountains, and filled with outdoor kitties, dogs, and incredible flora. I highly highly recommend you take the leap, it’s so worthwhile. We did it at the tail end of a lot of hustle to see many places in Peru, which i also recommend—it gave us space to integrate all we had done and experienced before the ceremony.

Pure bliss into cosmic orgasm. That s my experience with San pedro. Juan is a genuinely caring shaman. Not like those commercialized money grabbing shamans. I recommend anyone trying at least two sessions instead of one solo ceremony with Juan. The depth of your ego can't be reached with only one ceremony. I did total 3 ceremonies with Juan and could have done at least 5 if I didn't have a returning ticket.

Such a wonderful and special experience. Me and my girlfriend loved everything about it. The place is perfect; in the middle of nature, overlooking the sacred valley. The shaman is a super kind and friendly man who together with his lovely family makes you feel at home. And the experience itself is really unique. Would definitely recommend!
