The trip was organized by excursionmania. It was well coordinated. The environment was neat and ambience was lovely. It was a great. Truly enjoyed it.

It was a 0! It said we would be picked up at our hotel. After 30 minutes we called and no response so we decided to walk to the meeting place. We could not find it or they were already gone! I know it says there could be delays with traffic but this was awful. When we returned to our hotel we inquired if the tour came by and they said no. I would not recommend! I am now requesting my money back since I did not get any of the services!

We had a pleasant day out to the islands and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were pleasant however the tour was a little chaotic. They collected us 30min before we expected them to so we weren’t quite ready. At the islands we just disembarked and weren’t given any suggestions to interesting places to walk. Lunch was ok. Getting back to the hotel they forgot about us on the bus and we were just dropped off at the Galata Bridge and told to walk back to our hotel! Just as well we knew roughly where that was otherwise we may have still been wandering around the Spice Bazaar! On reflection we probably could have just got a local ferry out to the islands ourselves and achieved the same result!

The guide does not tell us what time to return to the boat and during the tour on the second island (supposed to last 3 hours), the boat left without us knowing that we had returned well before. They didn't even try to contact us even though they had our number. We had to take a ferry and return to the hotel by ourselves even though we had to pay for the entire service.
It wasn't professional at all.

It’s better to do the trip on your own, with a ferry. Lunch was mediocre at best, and there was no (audible) guiding. The islands are georgeous though, very much worth a visit. Just not via this tour operator.

It was pleasant to see Istanbul from the boat and the Princes Islands are nice but the time there was short.
We booked transport from our hotel to the port and it was a MISTAKE. They were not well organised to get there on time because if I compare it to the taxis that take you to the airport and are on time, they could get there on time. They made us wait 45 minutes until I decided to take the tram so as not to miss the excursion.
The music was too loud on the boat. The food was ok. The guide was nice.

Everything was very good, except for the boat trip because the waves were very big and the boat shook a lot, but if it hadn't been for the waves it would have been a magnificent day.

They sent the location of the wrong boarding point, and on the day I called several times and they didn't answer me, my luck is that there was a couple there who also received the wrong location and they managed to contact the boat staff to pick it up. the right location, and the tour isn't a full day, and it didn't have all the stops that are mentioned here in the ad, it was just two islands and it didn't last as long as it said in the ad either, it was a quick stop of less than an hour

We reached the meeting point well in advance of the agreed time and waited in the cold for 1 hour, however there was nobody around. The phone number wasnot answered.
I am assumimg They had given us the wrong meeting point
They refused to refund the amount.
