Great atmosphere and history even though it was extre.mly hot and started to rain! Tour guide, Valerie,...I think...was phenomenal!

This was such an unexpected fun experience from beginning to end!
The entrance into the property was the first wow.
Everyone was friendly and helpful... the grounds were well maintained and restrooms were clean!
We arrived early so we had time to take pictures and sit & chat while swaying in our seats to the upbeat music that was being played. Our tour guide was Will. He was phenomenal -full of energy, very informative and just exuded excitement for what he was doing! He was a fantastic tour guide!! Once the tour was over, we grabbed a bite to eat and had a drink, while again relaxing and enjoying the music!! We had a great time!!
If there was one thing I would suggest, it would be to provide one or two food options for varied dietary restrictions such as having a gluten-free snack option.

The complimentary mojito was an excellent way to start! Being given the history and learning the actual pronunciation of “Bacardi” was very interesting. Getting to see the inward area of the factory, and where it is brewed was a nice touch as well. Host was great and made us feel completely welcomed.

The rich history of the Bacardi family is not very interesting. Prior to participating on the tour, I was not familiar with the history of the label.
From its beginnings in Europe and then to Cuba and finally in Puerto Rico and the states, this tour captured it well.
Our tour guide was upbeat and explained in great detail the many different facets of the facility.
I’m not a big drinker but that really didn’t matter as this tour fulfills everyone’s palettes.
The pavilion and the food court are to be experienced by all.

The tour was great and our guide Alejandra was informative and very friendly. The staff was friendly and the drinks was amazing. Enjoy it. Will do it again 😀

Excellent experience. I learned a lot about Bacardi and the rim making process. I’m much more likely to request a Bacardi rum in my drinks going forward. I also got some cool items for my home bar in the gift store.

$44 dollars for some bullsh**!!!
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Not worth it! The staff is SUPER RUDE. Was disrespected completely by two of the girls up front Norca and Maria! They have terrible customer service as well as one of the female supervisors. And don’t dare to be late or miss your time they will not accommodate you at all so they say, yet they pick and choose who they want to help because there was another family they had no problem helping them and throwing them into a tour that had ALREADY STARTED! Which I was told was not allowed
The tour- it’s 30 min long just to take a 5 min ride to look at buildings, then watch a 10 min video on the history, then try a sip of the special reserve to then end at the gift shop. So $44 for some bullsh**

Loved the history behind the tour never knew that Barcado started in cuba. The crew was nice and very informative. Love the barcardi lemon drink

Roger was so knowledgeable and made the experience really fun. I am always amazed at people's ingenuity and how they can do things better. The history was incredible and so interesting. The rum tasting was a plus. The Welcome Center was a great place to hang out with an awesome breeze and great drinks and snacks.
