Had a terrible time and this agency made it even worse. I pre-paid for a bus tour but never notified the bus company. They had no record of me and I was forced to buy two more tickets. This customer service rep then tried calling me an idiot. I’m requesting my money back.

While we had translations, it was difficult to see some things due to weather & the ear phones provided did not block out the Spanish speakers on the bud.

Terrible experience! The bus most of the time was stuck in traffic, the area that he entered looked frightening! When we arrived after more than an hour of traffic to familiar place we just asked the driver to let us out. Terrible experience, not recommended as i experienced it

For English speaking no good Earphone was not offered we need to fetch it from driver 30 minutes lost MOSTLY SAME ROUTE IN RETURN NOT MUCH TO SEE - only plus is price is cheap overall not satisfied

The meet up location was definitely hard to find if you are new to Mexico City. The communication with the tour guide I do non-existent. But overall decent trip for the price the city looks great at night.

It’s a nice little night tour of the city. There was no actual guide, but rather a recording of what we were seeing at every location which felt less personable. Regardless, it was a nice tour. Very worth it for the price.
