Picked up by driver by the exit door. Waited almost one hour on the shuttle to get everyone onboard.
Our hotel was imperial cave hotel and spa but we were dropped off at empire cave hotel

I was hesitant to book initially, due to the lack of reviews, but was glad I did. The company communicated well with me through whatsapp and provided me with clear pick up instructions. I was picked up from my hotel in a clean and comfortable shuttle van and transported to the airport. Be mindful that there could be several stops along the way to pick up others as it is a shared shuttle. Despite the stops and delay in pickup, I made it to the airport with ample time before my flight. My only con was the wait for pickup. I waited approx 45 min at my hotel after my stated pickup time. Overall, the company provided the service stated. I was transported to the airport safely at a very affordable price. It was worth it especially compared to my initial private transfer as a solo traveler.
