We were on a tour with Marchello today. It was truly the worst tour we have ever done. Marchello may know details and he is a great guy but he cannot articulate them in English. He has no punctuation, no commas to tell the story, no period to stop and start…
just babbling that leaves you bored and tired and no value.. being English Tour guide is not for him. We had great tours in Rome but here in Florence, this was the worst tour… better you know.

Stefano was a great guide! It was great to be guided around Florence and quick entry into the Accademia was a wonder. We got to see all the major spots and given the history of Florence along the way

Our tour guide Marie was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, funny and caring about her team . Even though it was raining when we did the tour she made it fun and interesting. Well worth booking the trip and missing the waiting lines .

Kind of long, but nevertheless a great tour and wonderful guide. We got tips on how to haggle with street merchants! David was simply stunning, and skipping the very long lines made this trip 100% worth it.
