Sylvia was fun and informative! We had such a great time and it was such a pleasant experience. Everything was very timely and we enjoyed our time exploring a few places beyond Venice! Also a shout out to Claudio (sp?) who kept the boat calm - my mom is especially afraid of water and nausea but had such a great time.

I really enjoyed both islands but Burano Island is a must see.
I recommend this tour , but if you are not looking to buy any Murano glass items, I would try to explore Murano island as soon as the glass making demonstration is over.

We book a 7 hours visit (image) but it was less than 5, at the same time the tour guide threatens to leave the passengers if they are not punctual. Totally dissapointed.

This tour left very little time to go off on your own. The tour guide provided very interesting information. When we got to Burano the tour guide focused on selling her gin. She was very abrupt with passengers.

Well organised trip. We were met by our guide Alessandra who from the start was very friendly and informative and as a native venetian was able to give us lots if information on the boat ride to the islands. The islands themselves are beautiful and well worth visiting. The glass blowing demonstration is amazing although we were not impressed by the request for tips after paying for the trip and seeing the prices of the murano glass. Thanks again to Alessandra, we really enjoyed our day.

The reason why I’m giving three stars it’s only because the tour guide was spectacular. If not it was zero.
This tour takes you only a few minutes in Burano and the “Murano” tour is only to a glass factory to buy amazing glass art. Nothing to see like a real tour.
Any hotel will take you to Murano for free. They get paid by the factories for the tours. Spend the money on Venice. There are so many beautiful places to see.

This tour was perfect for our family! Enjoyed the boat rides to Murano and Burano. Tours allowed time for your own exploring. Elly, our tour guide, was AMAZING! My husband is having back issues and couldn’t walk much, and Elly was so accommodating to him and told him great places to sit and relax. She is funny, quick-witted, and engaging! Being a lifelong Venetician, she is very knowledgeable about everything. Directions were clear, precise, and easy to follow. I would strongly encourage you to book a tour with Elly! We all loved her!
