I had an amazing afternoon on this tour. This crew is friendly, welcoming and love their job. They are true locals who care about the lagoon and enjoy taking people on their tour. I highly recommend if you're looking for a laid back experience with amazing sightings along the way.

This tour was such a great time! Miguel our tour guide and our bartender, Malen, were so kind. It was a good balance of having enough time in the water to swim, having a good constant flow of drinks and great vibes! We would definitely do it again!

This tour was so much fun and a great way to spend the afternoon. We booked the 3pm timeslot, got to experience the Lagoon & cenotes, swam & ate fruit & avocado toast for a light afternoon tea.
Unreal price for what is offered, open bar so the drinks were consistently offered or provided when asked, no limitations.
Such a good vibe, we met other travellers on the boat & ended up going out for dinner with them afterwards.
our guides were Belle & Tito who were so friendly and welcoming, we all had some great chats.
Would highly recommend booking!

Amir AdvenTours Bacalar is the very best!!
For starters before going on the tour I received an excellent service from Maria! She answered to all my questions by email and she was always very responsive and friendly. She gave me the best recommendations on where to eat, what to visit etc in Bacalar. No questions or emails were much trouble for her. Something VERY rare from a tour company these days. So a big Thank YOU to Maria!!
The day of the tour our guides were Miguel and Belu. Both excellent and friendly! Miguel was very knowledgeable of Bacalar, giving us lots of information about the lake and its flora and fauna. He is awesome, super enthusiastic and speaks English extremely well. Belu is also great and looked after us by refilling our glasses and offering us drinking all the time.
And the lake? OMG, stunning!! The colour of the water was incredible even on a very cloudy day! What a stunning place the Pirates Canal is and the rest of the lake!
Our tour started at 3pm on the dot, and towards the end of it we had an amazing fruit platter on a paddle board in the water which was fantastic!
Our two teenagers and us had a wonderful time! A memorable experience that’s for sure! Thank you so much Maria, Miguel and Belu!! You make this company go above and beyond and we hope you get recognised for your excellent service! Gracias!

We did the sunset tour with Amur and it was a fantastic way to see the lagoon. The tour started at 2 and allowed us to view all the key attractions of the lagoon. He allowed us to take breaks and swim at locations around the lagoon and the sailing experience was great.
The free bar is as it says on the tin and the food was unexpectedly very very good. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to experience the lagoon as it would not be possible to see all the lagoon using a kayak.

We did the sailboat sunset cruise with Amir AdvenTours after a recommendation from a couple we met whilst travelling.
We had a fantastic time, the cruise is relaxing, the sights and lagoon are beautiful, the food was delicious, the beers were cold and Amir and co. were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Got to visit the cenotes, pirates canal, bird island. Super helpful tour operators! Great fruit lunch spread. Definitely would come back!
