It really is the best service. It was rainy so we had to wait for about an hour. They chatted and treated me kindly during the waiting time. Upon arrival, we were given a simple croissant and juice. The balloon driver was also cheerful and friendly. I went up to the clouds and it was the best experience. It was also the cheapest. Really highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time.

For the 7 o'clock tour, they first pick you up from your hotel at around 5.30, then they gather everyone - I say this because we are foreigners - in an area that feels like a refugee camp for breakfast. They serve apples, cake and fruit juice for breakfast, which is unnecessary. After the tour, everyone has time to have breakfast at the hotel anyway. 1 hour there is a bit of an unnecessary waste of time.
I think the capacity of the baskets is 32. As far as I know, I was guessing it would be 20-24 people. For security reasons, perhaps the baskets are divided into compartments. One compartment is TOO narrow for 4 people. It is not possible for you to move. Since the pilot rotates the balloon, you can capture photos from different angles, otherwise it is impossible to do this because you cannot move.
Other point. We rode the balloon in an area around Göreme where there was no snow on the ground, but our landing place was a snowy land. Those who came with sneakers were in a bit of a difficult situation. Maybe information about this can also be given.
Finally, the champagne opening, type collection and certification incident at the end is very unnecessary. It's better not to have so much bad champagne - a sip - for balloon events that are so expensive. When you think about it, you have already filled the balloon's capacity to full capacity. The prices are known. Roughly speaking, between 80 and 100 Euros for 30 people would amount to around 3000 Euros for a flight. I don't know if it's that expensive, and I don't think so, but what I'm going to say is this: Asking for a typewriter on top of this is a little bit more about how much more I can get out of his head, and I need to get rid of this head urgently. The certificate is just a paper print that doesn't even have your name on it. There is no need for that either.
I have no comment whatsoever about selling the same photos and videos to everyone for 30 dollars. Even if it is something personalized, only one person can buy it and distribute it to others, so 30 people will pay each other 1 Euro per person instead of 900 Euros from 30 Euros.
