My family really enjoyed our excursion to the cactus tours. Alex our tour guide gave us the best experience. He was kind and explained everything clearly with how to work the ATVs. He had a lot of fun energy and made our tour 10x more enjoyable!

First off the price that was told to us was $100 a person. There was 13 of us in total. When we got to the place they did not allow cell phones to take your own pictures unless you pay an extra $55 dollars a person. They had their own photographer that used a go pro camera not a quality camera. After the tour they expected you to pay over $200 dollars for the pictures they took. Be aware of this before you book a tour through them. Second for ladies wear your hair up, one of the women in our group was bit by a camel pulling her hair out. When the tour guide told the manager he was very rude and claimed it to be her fault that she was bit. The UTVs were not fun at all, it was follow the leader in a single file line and you had drove at a slow pace. They also make you buy insurance for the UTV or pay an extra $45 dollars per vehicle if you don’t. The price that is told to you of how much it will be ($100 a person) is a lie and they will add several additional charges at the counter before you go. All in all I would not book a tour through cactus and go somewhere else.

Billy our tour guide was very friendly and made my 1st time camel riding experience 10/10 and at ease. He was very helpful and were laughing the whole time.
