It was cancelled because Biden was in town. I took 9 people (and myself), including 5 children, in 3 taxis, 1/2 hour transit, down to the Pier and were told at 3pm (tour scheduled for 3:30 pm, that the trip was canceled. Why wasn’t I notified? The attendant said they knew since the morning hours that it was to be shut-down. Shame on you.

Easy to book and locate pier. Friendly staff. Gary was fantastic. 11am booking was perfect with sunshine but not too hot yet. Water was a bit rough at times but overall a fun experience and would recommend.

Excellent crew and tour guide. We had limited time and this was a great afternoon excursion. The tour guide not only shared history but great tips for other things to see in the city.

This ferry does not take you to the statue. It just takes you close to it. There are apparently only two ferries that are actually allowed to dock on the island, and this isn’t one of them.
