During our two stays in Buenos Aires we used Ubers, a taxi arranged by our hotel, and Cesar with Buenos Aires tour VIP as recommended by one of our tour operators. The experience with Cesar and his team of drivers was easily the best experience and I would strongly recommend him.
He was super responsive via WhatsApp text messaging and would send pictures of the cars, drivers, and the exact location they were parked. He provided exact pricing which was on par with what you might pay for an airport Uber in the states. While you might be able to find rates lower, the professionalism, safety, and convenience is absolutely worth the pricing.
I’ve read that you can’t get an Uber FROM an airport, only TOO the airport so arranging with Cesar ahead of time was fantastic. He’s also very proactive with the communication which was not the case with other transportation arrangements we used.
Can’t recommend Cesar enough! Message him and get your transport set up for your trip! You can also pay on $USD which is convenient.

We used this service twice while in Argentina. Cesar was very communicative and even sent photos of the drivers and cars that would pick us up. On one trip it was raining and the baggage delivery was delayed by 45 minutes. The driver waited for us and Cesar was in constant contact with us. The service is reliable and well run.

I left a review on Cesar’s service to and from EZE and I would not fault his service to AEP either. I am shocked at the level of care and professionalism that Cesar and his team offer to clients. At 4 in the morning, they were with me every step of the way. Perfect communication, excellent punctuality and overall a safe, clean service.
