This was my parents first time in Melbourne & i was very skeptical whether the transfer will be on time, how will they be able to find the driver etc etc but this team has done an outstanding job for me. I was contacted by the team on whatsapp without me following up with them, They give me all the details upfrontly with exact direction ( one can never get lost ) as to where can we meet the driver. I was surprised when they sent me the photos & directions along with it & i know my parents were in right hands. Driver Mr. Roger was fantastic & excellent with roads & the vehicle was very comfortable.

Excellent experience! Our driver waited for my wife and I for quite a long time after our flight was delayed by nearly an hour, and after an incredibly long wait in customs! Very friendly service. Opened the doors and handled our bags as well.

We were delayed twice and was able to relay message to driver and he responded quickly. Despite the delay he was at the airport to pick us up on New Years Eve at 1130 pm. We saw the fireworks as we drove into town, the traffic and people milling about on the streets was unbelievable! Alan did a fantastic job negotiating all that and getting us safely to our destination.

Our driver was exceptional and cared about us! After arriving on an international flight, we were delayed getting through Melbourne Airport due to an electronic problem with their kiosks which scan passports. It took us over 90 minutes to go through several lines/queues, baggage claim, customs, more lines/queues before being able to exit the airport. My phone was still on airplane mode. We called the driver when we were outside and he said he had waited for 60 minutes for us. He had called my phone and called Viator. He was worried about us. He immediately returned to the airport to pick us up. He was sympathetic to our unusual delay at Melbourne Airport. He was professional, friendly, caring and we felt safe being transported to our hotel in his clean, comfortable Lexus. The driver was the owner of the transport company and his kindness cancelled out our bad airport experience. We highly recommend this company for car pick-up and transport services!!!!

Another great experience. Checked in to confirm our pickup the night before and kept in good communication with us on arrival right to the point of collection. Chrissy is a lovely person and I would recommend this service to anyone needing airport transfers.

We are a family of five so needed a larger vehicle for our airport transfer. Chrissy was outstanding. She messaged the night before to confirm our pick up time and arrived early so that we were not rushed to load car, etc. She was friendly, a confident driver and her car was immaculate. Chrissy will pick us up when we return home and pointed out the meeting place when she dropped us off. We were super-impressed by her outstanding service and this will now be our go-to for any airport pick-ups and drop-offs. Highly recommend.

Nothing short of a nightmare and total waste of my time. Unable to book a car online to pick up from Tullamarine Airport at 11pm at night and take three people to Ascot Vale. So I made a phone call and got a Phillopino speaking male who wasn't familiar with the area, the names of places or the spelling of places. After over 30minutes on the phone and repeating myself constantly it left me wondering if the booking would be made correctly so I hung up. I won't be using this company again...!!

I booked a round trip ground transfer from MEL to my hotel. The pickup from the airport was fine. I had to message with the driver over WhatsApp to determine when and where to meet the car. It was fairly seamless and I had a nice car and pleasant driver.
However, the return trip was not so pleasant. I had a car scheduled to arrive to MEL at the appropriate time to catch my international flight back home and had prepaid the round trip transportation so when the car never showed up, I was in a bit of a jam (thankfully Ubers are wide available and were similar in cost). There was no communication prior to my scheduled ride to let me know the booking would be canceled (or to advise who my driver would be). When I reached out to the company at the time I realized my car may not be coming, I didn't receive a response until hours later apologizing for the inconvenience and honoring my request for a refund.
Overall, not a reliable transportation option that I would recommend for your needs in Melbourne.
