From the time we were picked-up and greeted by our tour guide Yordi, a local to the DCMX area, my family and I were able to relax, learn a lot about a beautiful and significant site in Mexico's history--the Guadalupe Basilica--and have a wonderful time. Yordi is an exceptional tour guide: personable, articulate, and well-informed on all aspects of the Basilica and grounds. He provided us a beautiful day with many insights regarding the evolution of the Basilica through time, as well as insights about growing up and living in the DCMX area. By tour's end, we all felt that we'd made a new friend who provided an experience we will long-remember. We cannot recommend Yordi and the tour more highly. Our Guide Ruben was phenomenal. Very informative, friendly and understanding of our ability to acamalate to the thin air. He was very detailed describing the Grounds. Gave us time to shop and pray as needed. We always use Viator when traveling abroad.

Yordi was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. His English was excellent. The Basilica of Guadalupe is incredible and its surrounding historical sites should not be overlooked. I learned so much from Yordi and would book another tour with him anytime.

Touring the whole Guadalupe Shrine. Seeing the different Churches and Chapels within the Shrine. I was amazed with the different design they used like some church ceiling painted intricately like heaven. And the decorations they adorned inside the church. And they have also beautiful garden illustrating the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe. My tour guide is knowledgeable of her job. She explain in a very detail the history of Guadalupe. She is friendly and professional.

Ruben was an excellent guide and knew so much about the Basilica and the history of Mexico City. He made the entire trip comfortable and accommodated my availability for an afternoon with only a few hours available between meetings.
