I truly was excited about this experience. It was a lot of fun and a cool learning experience. The host was lovely and was a great teacher. I highly recommend.

Very nice. A casual tea ceremony with a lovely hostess. The tea was very tasty. A fun hour. There were only 3 of us so it felt exclusive.

Yuko explained in detail the origins of the Osaka tea ceremony. We were a group of 6 and we experienced ourselves on how to make matcha tea. A bonus were the sweets accompanying the tea. Highly recommend it if you are in Osaka.

Our host was so sweet and knowledgeable. I wish I had done it earlier in my trip to know the meaning behind everything. My only suggestion would be for her to sell matcha tea cups as part of the experience. Even my husband and kids really enjoyed learning about the evolution of the tea ceremonies. Be Warned - it is hard to sit on the floor for that long if you are not used to it!!!
