Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco.
After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco.
You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian.
Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.

A must do experience if you are in Cusco! Jesus was extremely accommodating with my allergies. His recipes are absolutely delicious!! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the day.

The cooking class and tour was amazing! Learned so much in the market tour and was able to try local fruits, cheese and chocolate before the cooking portion even began. Chef Jesús was engaging and funny while making multiple courses and cocktails. Would definitely do this tour again!

Chef Jesus was wonderful. The market tour was fascinating and the food we made was really good. Pretty good cocktails too! Overall I highly recommend this class. If I’m ever back I’ll definitely do it again.

Chef Jesús is a master of Peruvian cuisine and history.
The tour in the San Pedro market is informative and very entertaining, the fresh ingredients are bought in the same market and then cooked.
The cooking classes are very entertaining, and chef Jesús is a super host.

Such a great experience!! The chef was so amazing and so accommodating to our needs (vegetarian). We a family of 6 had an amazing time cooking with chef Jesus. Would recommend this cooking class to everyone who wants to learn about traditional Peruvian cooking & ingredients.

The cooking class with Jesus was great. The start at the market gave you another insight into the culture and Peruvian food and rounded off the course perfectly. Jesus took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us tips on cooking and eating out in Cusco. During the cooking course, Jesus also shows alternatives and the cooking course can also be vegan without any problems. We had a lot of fun in a great atmosphere.
