Transfer never showed up. Called Viator customer service, she did not help, offered a pickup in 1.5 hours. Spent 40 minutes on phone.
Took taxi instead, 100 euros.

Save time, money and book a Uber, there are hidden fees, I had to contact Viator because they want to charge another 20 euros because of airline changes out of our control. I booked a private car service because all flights from Heathrow always run behind.

Sergei was prompt, helped with heavy luggage, and made a quick uneventful trip to Brandenburg airport. The Mercedes mid size sedan was clean and comfortable and accommodated 3 large suitcases, hand luggage and two passengers.
