Wondered around amlessly trying to find entry point and/or contact per instructions. Finally after asking 4 persons we came in contact with a person who validaded the ticket and told us we had to enter the Collisium in order for us to enter The Roman Forum. (We've already had a tour of the Collisum years ago and were looking forward to spending all our time at the Roman Forum and Pallintin Hills) We had to ask information at the Collisium how to get entry to The Forum and then proceed to the next ticket booth. It was very hot that day, and took us hours to finally arrive at the Forum. Very confusing and time consuming. Would not recommend.

Even though we were late, the guys found an option to let us inside the Forum. Everything was fine but really, it’s better to come at least 15 mins in advance

It was supposed to be "Skip The Line" but it took an hour finding the agents and then being passed from agent to agent 4 times and waiting for them. So what was the point? We might as well have joined the queue.

What a horrible experience. Rude, rude, rude guy who got us in. We were supposed to be there at 2pm... confirmed by tour company. At 1:40 got nasty phone call asking where we were. Gave crap directions and didn't even hold up small sign at location to meet. Made us (most people over 70) sprint to front of line. Would never, never use TravelR tour group again!

I needed a ticket on short notice for the same afternoon, and wasn't able to buy it anywhere else online. TravelR had some tickets prebooked and available for a reasonable markup. Handover went smoothly, they got in contact via WhatsApp.

Skip the line access is a must if you are visiting the Roman forum and Palatine Hill! We couldn’t locate the meeting point and Raju went out of his way to find us and brought us directly to the entrance!
