Héctor Héctor Héctor! What can I say he was amazing and very transparent about everything. I definitely would book another tour with Hector and Peter! I read the comments before and was skeptical but I am happy I decided to book this experience!

Our tour guide Sergio was amazing he was very knowledgeable about everything on our tour and explained and answered any questions we had. We went through the tour with enough time to see everything and was given free time to explore.
Thank you to our driver Victor for driving us safely all day.

The tour guide sent an email the night before which pushed it back 30 minutes before that I didn't see. It was at least sent before the tour but strange to send it out last minute. The driver was almost 30 minutes late but the tour guide was responsive on email and Whatsapp to give us an update. The guide and driver were very friendly. The guide was very knowledgable and lots of interesting facts. However, the drop off points were misleading. He told us we were being dropped off near the pick up point, maybe 10 minutes away. Not true. It was more like 40 minutes. With walking all day and dead tired telling us the wrong amount of time was disappointing and frustrating. We walked with other people from our tour that felt the same as we were walking in the same direction for some time.

We loved out tour, Marco our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. They picked us up on time and the vehicle was new and seats were comfortable with good air conditioning. Would use this tour company again. Thank you!

The tour was very interesting and complete, the only bad thing was that due to the campaign closure the streets in the center were closed and they left us closest to the pick-up point, however, the directions they gave us to return were not deficient considering that we are foreigners and we did not know the area.

The pickup was a little unorganized, compared to other tours I have been on. I think there’s too many pickup options. They should reduce the number of morning pickups as it just takes over an hour to get everyone onboard with all the traffic between stops. BUT, once this is all done with, the tour itself is great. I have done the tour with a different agency before, but I really enjoyed the set up with our guide. I appreciate the group setting where we are explained about each site, but I very much appreciate the time we are given to roam around freely. I’m not a big fan of the stops we take to the co-op stores as they just feel like tourist traps, but the employees there were very kind and welcoming and did not pressure us to buy anything. I was a bit skeptical of the restaurant we were going to at first and we were fully prepared to skip lunch if there was no other option. But we ended up going to La Catrina and after a quick google/ratings search we felt okay with having lunch there. It was good with fun entertainment. Minus the first hour or so of pickup, I’d say we have a great experience and would recommend this tour from the other options.

Pretty much they take you to the ruin and bring you back. The ruins are not guided you will walk by yourself for about an hour. Because they do a couple of stops, you will get to the ruins at the busiest time. The only reason why I am giving it a 3 star is Hector was a good "companion".
