We had a great time on the hike and the sunrise was beautiful. Repelling was a fun and unique activity and William took the best photos!
I wish the tour started later as we were waiting at the top for a couple hours for sunrise. We also booked an English guide on viator, but our guide only spoke Portuguese. I also think the description should include that it is required to take a mototáxi to the start of the hike.

The guide, scenery, and rock climbing were absolutely awesome!! Both drives, up and down the hill, on moto were a nice addition too.

We had the best tour guide ever (William)!! We were not a fit bunch, but I really wanted to do this hike and repel for my birthday. William pushed us all the way to the end and I appreciate him a lot for it. Without him we would have not made it and he made it fun. I would recommend this excursion to everyone and esp to get William!

Do not book! Our guide never showed!! We messaged them repeatedly and to this day have gotten no response. We were left alone in a favela. Don't put yourself in this situation!

The experience completely exceeded expectations, the view of the trail is enchanting, the rappelling was sensational. We were guided calmly and safely by guide Vinicius who, on top of everything, recorded our experience with beautiful photos!!!
