The beer door was so fun! Matt was such a great guide, very funny and gave great recommendations in the area! Would recommend to anyone in visiting Reykjavik!

Definitely recommended. If you like to drink good craft beer, want to learn a lot about Iceland and its history, but also want to talk about everyday life, you are really in great hands here.
We will be traveling with Kris, a great guide. He explained all the beers and their history, but also told us a lot about Iceland and its customs. Like an evening with friends.

Helgi is the best tour guide/drinking buddy ever! As a born and bred Reykvíkingur he knew plenty of fun facts about the city. He encouraged us to ask questions about the culture of the city and country. He kept the conversation lively and truly was "our friend in Reykjavik."

I'm a gin cocktail drinker and Helgi accommodated me beautifully among the beer drinkers, helping me choose the best Icelandic gin to try. We got our money's worth on the tour for sure, highly recommend!

We had a great time with host Oli. Great conversation and we liked everywhere we went. Would have like to try Iceland gin. The beers were great and we enjoyed every minute of it!

I booked this event for my husband, not so much for me because I’m just not that into beer, however, I went also. Arnar, our beer guide was fantastic, even suggested a particular taste that I might enjoy, and I absolutely loved it! Arnar helped make our first day in Iceland spectacular. Thank you!

This was a very enjoyable tour. Oli was a knowledgeable guide providing us with information about the beers we sampled. He included a lot of historical information about the places we visited. We had so much fun. This was a great way to end our incredible trip to Iceland.

Mathias was a great tour guide to show us Reykjavik! He was exceptional because he also is a tour guide for history/folk tours of the area. Our group got a lot of added benefits in this aspect, in a relaxed environment while hitting some great bars for the beer/booze tour! Highly recommend!

We had such a fun evening enjoying delicious drinks and exploring the city. Our guide, Mathias, was extremely knowledgeable and really personable. With such a small group, we all felt like we really did make a new friend, We were also able to connect with the other group members in such an intimate setting. Our guide even provided us with some suggestions for other things to explore in Iceland. What an amazing tour. I learned a lot and had so much fun. It was the highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful walking tour with Kris. He truly deserved a full tour group (12 people) but my husband and I enjoyed a personal, private tour. Kris shared the very interesting and entertaining history behind the growth of beer in Iceland. We got to learn a great deal about day-to-day life in Iceland. And the flights we tasted were so good. Kris also provided small treats at several stops that enhanced the beers’ flavor. Would highly recommend!
